I am a devoted student of the Soul, and I mentor women in how to live connected to their bodies, their boundaries, and their brilliance.

I came by this work honestly--spending much of my teenage years and young-adult life in shame for my body, in doubt of my emotions, and in belief that I was unworthy of love.

Throughout my relentless devotion to personal growth, I realized that these self-defeating beliefs, patterns and stories would continue to perpetuate a life lacking in the joy and fulfillment that I desired, and that I would need to come back to the source of who I truly was, beneath my conditioning, self-judgment and never-ending exceptions.

MY BACKGROUND

Throughout the course of my life, I've drawn to a deeper understanding how we as human beings create relationships with ourselves, with others and with the Sacred. And how through cultivating deeper levels of intimacy with each of these three aspects, we can experience more meaningful fulfillment and authenticity in every aspect of my life.

2009: B.A. in Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Washington College (www.washingtoncollege.edu).

2012: Certified as an Eating Psychology Coach, The Institute for the Psychology of Eating (www.psychologyofeating.com).

2015: Certified as an Orgasmic Meditation Coach from One Taste (www.onetaste.us).

2016: Certified in Transformational Leadership from the Sacred Future School for the Transformation of Consciousness and Culture (www.sacredfuture.org).

Amidst my degree and certifications, I have been coaching and mentoring women for the past six years on all matters related to food, body, sexuality and the Sacred--supporting a deeper connection their gifts, their desires, and their intuition.

Each of these certificates and degrees, woven together with life experience, has brought me to the personally inarguable belief that a culture disconnected from their Soul and True Nature, is a culture that has lost connection with who they are and what is truly important. Soul Work is about bridging the gap between the internal and the external, and having it be that who we are in our essence is reflected externally in every area of life.
