Confidence Workshop:

  • Hawaiian Sanctuary 13-3194 Pahoa Kalapana Road Pāhoa, HI, 96778 United States (map)

Imagine feeling open, connectable and receptive to the people around you while feeling safe and grounded in your own body. Imagine how your relationships might change.

Many of us want to feel more confident interacting in social situations, but what many of us are realizing is that we weren't given tools to cultivate truly meaning relationships with people in our communities.

That's what this workshop is all about.

In this introductory (Level 1) workshop, we will learn how to identify where our mind is tricking us into feeling insecure or afraid, and how to tap into our inherent capacity for joy and happiness when connecting with new people. This is exactly what allows us to attract in the most resonant andfulfilling connections.

This workshop is for you if you want to:

• cultivate a new skill set for connecting with people in social situations
• dismantle fear-based beliefs that cause you to feel insecurity
• meet other people who have the same desire for authentic connection

The workshop runs from 5-7pm. Please be sure to arrive by 5pm so that we can all create a safe space together before we begin the workshop.

The suggested donation for this workshop is $10 - $20.
(No one turned away for lack of funds).
