Across the board, many of us desire to experience more intimacy, joy and meaningful connection in our personal relationships.
However, we live in a culture that has conditioned us to believe we need to hide who we truly and what we truly want and need in order to receive the love we yearn for.
We haven't been given a framework for how to artfully and vulnerably communicate in such a way that invites more intimacy and trust into our relationships--especially when edgy, challenging, or uncomfortable conversations are involved.
In order to create deep satisfying relationships and sex lives, it is essential that we learn how to:
1) Stay centered in our truth as we connect with another person.
2) Be able to discern and communicate our boundaries and desires.
3) Cultivate self-trust and emotionally de-armour so we can receive love.
The Embodied Intimacy & Communication Workshop will utilize on a combination of experiential exercises and group sharing to practice the Four Phases of Embodied Magnetism, which equip us with the tools necessary to attract and create relationships aligned with our core values and desires.
Each workshop participant will engage in a series of partner exercises to receive the embodied experience of co-creating an entirely new way of engaging in our relationships with everyone.
Whether you are single or in a partnership, you are welcome to come alone or with a friend or partner.
The workshop will have a central theme of inviting us more deeply into our bodily experience to cultivate self-awareness as we engage in conscious intimacy and communication within our relationships and greater communities, so we can experience more of the fulfillment we are seeking.
Cost: $60 per individual, $100 per couple/pair (when registered together)
