An Evening of Authentic Connection Games

Imagine living your life in such a way where you felt comfortable being yourself...asking for what you truly want and need in your relationships.

Many of us walk around feeling like we need to hide who we are in order to receive love and support--what if we changed the rules, and decided that in order to receive love and support, we need to be who we ARE.

Many of us desire that feeling of deep connection, ease and intimacy in our relationships, but we don't know where to start.

In a culture focused on image and external appearance, how do we learn to lead with truth and vulnerability in our relationships, knowing that this is what actually fosters meaningful and genuine connections?

During this evening of embodied communication games, you'll enter into a safe, structured, intentional space that invites curiosity and gently revealing of who you truly are. The games are designed to allow you to play at whatever pace feels good for you.

You are invited to show up in your mess and your brilliance, knowing that all of you is welcome to the table of connection.

Structure of the Evening:

7:30pm - Arrive, Mingle, Get Settled
7:45pm - Open Container & Connection Games
9:15pm - Close Container & Mingle with Participants
9:30pm - End of Evening

To Attend:

The cost is $20 (cash at the door). The event is limited to 14 participants.

If you'd like to reserve your spot in advance, send $20 via PayPal to arielle@ariellebrown.com, and choose the "Friends & Family" option.

Important Note:

It is important to arrive on time. The doors will lock at 7:45pm and once we begin no late entry will be admitted.

Revealing and Healing the Shadow: An Intimacy Ritual for Women

REVEALING AND HEALING THE SHADOW - An Intimacy Ritual for Women
(View the Facebook Event here.)

How familiar are you with the shadow of the feminine that exist within you?

Join Arielle Brown and Kelly Luna for this in depth exploration of our collective feminine shadow. In these times of potent growth and evolution, it is more important than ever that we as women are able to look at some of our finest bullshit, if we are to truly live the changes we want to see in the world.

This means dismantling the belief systems passed onto us through generations of women living within a patriarchal society. This work is necessary if we are to create a world in which the future generations are able to thrive in loving relations with one another.

As empowered women, living a fulfilling life path, it is often easy for us to assume that because our Queen crown is shining so brightly, we are in right relation with each other. This is not always so. Within conscious communities, where image, status and spiritual enlightenment are marks of “success”, beneath the surface lies the silent struggle of many women who feel isolated, lonely, and lacking in the support they need. Many of us carry silent weights of judgment, comparison, scarcity and competition towards other women that inhibit us from embracing our full potential. Many of us do not even acknowledge these truths to ourselves. It is simply too uncomfortable.

So how do we change this and why would we want to?

* Acknowledging these shadows exist, giving them a voice.
* Deep vulnerability within a compassionate and sacred container.
* Courage - speaking to our fears, leaning into trust.
* Accepting that we are all human, we all have thought/said/done things we are not proud of towards other women or ourselves.
* Noticing the ways in which we are afraid we are “too much” or “not enough”.
* Understanding that the ways in which we interact with the feminine in others, is a direct reflection of the way in which we relate to the feminine within ourselves.

The emotional alchemy available to us, when we are willing to speak to the shadows of our feminine nature is POWERFUL. We invite you to lean in. Be witnessed and held by a group of women who are as devoted as you to the same path of healing and awakening, through connection and community with their sisters.

Embodied Intimacy & Communication Workshop

Embodied Intimacy & Communication Workshop

Across the board, many of us desire to experience more intimacy, joy and meaningful connection in our personal relationships.

However, we live in a culture that has conditioned us to believe we need to hide who we truly and what we truly want and need in order to receive the love we yearn for.

We haven't been given a framework for how to artfully and vulnerably communicate in such a way that invites more intimacy and trust into our relationships--especially when edgy, challenging, or uncomfortable conversations are involved.

In order to create deep satisfying relationships and sex lives, it is essential that we learn how to:

1) Stay centered in our truth as we connect with another person.
2) Be able to discern and communicate our boundaries and desires.
3) Cultivate self-trust and emotionally de-armour so we can receive love.

The Embodied Intimacy & Communication Workshop will utilize on a combination of experiential exercises and group sharing to practice the Four Phases of Embodied Magnetism, which equip us with the tools necessary to attract and create relationships aligned with our core values and desires.

Each workshop participant will engage in a series of partner exercises to receive the embodied experience of co-creating an entirely new way of engaging in our relationships with everyone.

Whether you are single or in a partnership, you are welcome to come alone or with a friend or partner.

The workshop will have a central theme of inviting us more deeply into our bodily experience to cultivate self-awareness as we engage in conscious intimacy and communication within our relationships and greater communities, so we can experience more of the fulfillment we are seeking.

Cost: $60 per individual, $100 per couple/pair (when registered together)

To Register for the Workshop:

Send payment via PayPal to arielle@ariellebrown.com, under the "Friends & Family" option. Write the name and email of each person participating. Upon payment, you'll receive an email with details about the workshop.

(Note: Payment in cash at the door is also allowed, though advance registration is preferred so we can get an accurate headcount).

If you want to learn more about the workshop to explore if it's a good fit for you, email Arielle at arielle@ariellebrown.com. She'll be more than happy to answer all your questions.

Reflections on Arielle's Facilitation Style:

"Arielle is real, transparent, daring, and kind. She is a magical embodiment of courage, authenticity and pure possibility. Arielle creates an auspicious and safe container to fall apart in, to get bone dry honest in, and, most importantly one where you can BE YOURSELF. Through working with Arielle, I learned that getting truly honest with oneself that one can begin to create a life that aligns with their highest truth, potential and desires." - Kristin S.

"To fully integrate facilitation with rawness, event-direction with realness, and group-holding with vulnerability is, essentially, an impossible game. Arielle wins this impossible game. Again and again. Every time I’ve been to one of her events— as a participant or a co-facilitator— she has blown me away with her ability to simultaneously channel intuitive wisdom, hold clear structure, and be 100% herself." - Dave B.

"Arielle has a facilitation style that is inclusive, and one where one feels seen and heard. She leads with a quiet power - one that is soft and warm, yet holds a strong and safe container. She is grounded and approachable and she has a way about her of being able to easily encourage vulnerability and authenticity". - Sharon F.

Intimacy Energetics Workshop

Join us in a space designed for those who want to experience a new and exciting depth of intimacy and connection in their romantic relationships.

Our society has given us a incredibly limiting script and scope of how to engage in romantic relationship, and many people are looking for a new way to engage in intimacy--one where we our encouraged to lead with our authentic desires, boundaries, and our personal truths.

Many of us walk around energetically or emotionally guarded against our partners, with the intention of protecting ourselves from being rejected, judged, or rocking the boat. And as a result, many of us hide who we truly are in order to "make our relationships work".

These protective walls often prevent us from creating relationships that redefine what we believe is possible when we embrace a new depth of vulnerability and honesty about who we are, what we want and what we need in connection with another.

The Intimacy Energetics Workshop is designed for couples who want to create a deeper experience of intimacy, connection and arousal in their relationships, and cultivate a new and improved language for communities their needs, desires and emotional experience.

Through a combination of experiential exercises, embodiment practices and structured group dialogues, this workshop will create a safe, structured, open space to begin melting the barriers to connection between you and the people you love and care for in your life.

Logistics for the Workshop:

This workshop is open to 12 people (6 women, 6 men). Singles and couples are welcome, as the subject matter applies similarly to either.

Cost: $100 per single person, $175 per couple

This is an upper-level workshop and advance registration is required.

To schedule an interview, fill out this form. We'll find a time that works for a call to discuss your desires and see if this workshop is a good fit for you.

What People Say About This Workshop:

“From the moment you walk into the studio, Arielle makes you feel warm, welcomed, and accepted. She is a very engaged leader, listens with great intent, and sets the tone for the group to be a safe place for sharing and expressing raw emotion. I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking to deepen their connection to intimacy and embrace the realness of asking for what you want; without fear of rejection, judgment, or consequences. You will feel empowered, open, and leave with a newfound strength to obtain the intimacy you have been longing for. “ ~ Jennifer W.

"Arielle’s emotional intimacy workshop was a deeply rewarding experience for me. The ability to connect with someone on such a deep level in just one 3-hour workshop is a testament to the power of the embodied presence that Arielle teaches and the safe container she creates. What I took away is something I haven’t gotten in any other setting, and yet I’ve been able to re-create several times in the two short weeks since. Learning what it feels like, in my body, to state my desires and boundaries, to hear the same from my partner, and to respond to requests in (and out of) integrity with my body becomes not so much a verbal skill to master, but more like muscle memory: I can do it again and again without having to think about it, like riding a bike". ~ Matthew P.

"Arielle led the group through a natural progression of exercises that eased me towards some powerful revelations about myself, and helped me to achieve profound intimacy with my partner I was paired with. Expect to connect with your edges, get in touch with what you are and aren’t comfortable with, and have an opportunity to flex your “honoring yourself” muscles within a safe container. Arielle creates a great environment for practicing communication skills that you can take out into your relationships. This experience was an extremely valuable part of my self-development and I highly recommend it to both men and women who want to deepen their relationship with themselves and others". ~ Julia G.

An Evening of Authentic Connection Games

(This is an introductory drop-in event. RSVP is, however, appreciated.)

In a world full of distractions and disconnection, many of us are hungry for an essential nutrient in our relationships--that nutrient is intimacy.

We yearn for friends, partners, lovers, and community members beckon out our brilliance, celebrate our desires, and respect the sanctity of our personal boundaries.

Unfortunately, we live in a culture that hasn't given us a framework for how to communicate or connect from this place of radically connected vulnerability in community...

Which is exactly why Essential Intimacy was created.

This gathering creates a safe, structured, sexy and playful space to speak candidly our desires, our insecurities, and our leading edges for growth and transformation. We talk about relationship, attraction, sex and conscious communication. Basically, everything is on the table.

Join us for an evening of authentic connection games that invite you to play with a group of open-minded people to reveal the real YOU.

Facilitated by Arielle Brown, each game is designed to invite you dive or tip toe into intimacy at whatever pace feels good to you.

Structure of the Evening:

7:30-7:45pm - Connect, Refreshments & Settle In

7:45-9:15pm - Begin Essential Intimacy Games

9:15-9:30pm - Mingle & Enjoy Snacks

You are welcome to show up as you are, happy or sad, put together or utterly a mess--knowing that *all* of you is welcome.

Important: Arrive on time. We begin at 7:45pm and don't allow late entry in order to preserve the intimacy of the group.

Cost is $20 to attend. Cash only, please.

- Sharon F.
